The parking of the Summer Residence Bunte is private and RESERVED FOR OUR GUESTS, with numbered parking spaces for exclusive use for the duration of your stay.
Shuttle Service
On reservation we can offer a shuttle service to and from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport and the Port of Olbia and, during your stay, give you all the information you need for trips and excursions or to rent cars, motorbikes and rafts.

A few steps from your apartment a large beach of fine sand, full of coves and quiet corners where to you are able to sunbathe, enjoy the wonderful sea and take long walks from Punta Tronfino to Li Cuncheddi, away from the noise of the city , between intense scents and suggestive colors, the Summer Residence Bunte offers you the ideal holiday in contact with unspoiled nature. The sea floor of the beach is rich in marine fauna and flora and these characteristics make the area a popular destination for scuba diving and snorkeling enthusiasts.

In the garden area you will find a washing machine for the exclusive use of our guests and showers to cool you back from the beach.
Check-in / Check-out
The staff of the Summer Residence Bunte is always there for you 24 hours, trying to meet your needs and to intervene in case of the need for maintenance and assistance. We will be present at your arrival, to welcome you and show you your holiday home.
CHECK-IN: Standard arrival time – from 16:00 to 20:00. For early arrivals or after the scheduled time: prior notice – charge € 35.00.
CHECK-OUT: Standard departure time – from 8:00 to 10:00.
Departures after the scheduled time: an extra night will be charged upon notification and availability check.

The holiday homes of the Summer Residence Bunte are fully equipped with everything necessary for the kitchen and a drying rack and hairdryer. Baby cots are available on request. Bed linen and towels can be provided on request. Alternatively, you can bring your own baby equipment. PORTO SAN PAOLO AND TAVOLARA ISLAND:
The resort of Porto San Paolo is very interesting, just a few kilometers south of the Summer Residence Bunte, as an embarkation point for an unmissable excursion on the Tavolara Island and a diving center equipped for diving.
Murta Maria:
Just 2 km from the village of Murta Maria offers supermarkets, self-service laundry, pharmacies, ATM, shops of local specialties and excellent ice cream stores. In Murta Maria several restaurants will give you the opportunity to savor the wonderful Sardinian cuisine rich in typical dishes of sea and fish and excellent pizza.
